Please Note: Motive requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment changes, otherwise the patient will be charged for half the appointment. FOR SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS, THE FULL APPOINTMENT AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED. No shows and last minute cancellations leave a void in our schedule that often can’t be filled by patients seeking treatment.
