Please note: Motive requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment changes, otherwise the patient will be charged for half of the appointment ($37.50). For missed appointments with no notice, the full appointment amount will be charged ($75).

No shows and last minute cancellations leave a void in our schedule the often can’t be filled by patients seeking treatment. We understand that life gets busy and will continue to send out 24 hour and 2 hour reminders to help. If you’re not getting text reminders and would like to, please let me know so I can get them turned on for you.
